A Terrible Employee ScenarioThere was an employee that worked for a local fast food chain. They were a fry cook and the only thing that they wanted to do when they were at work was socialize. When a customer was rude to them or made them mad for any reason they would drop their food on the floor and wipe it on the rim of a trash can. If you were the employer in the story, how would you have handled that situation? What would have happened if there were no consequences for that behavior?
