Part 1 – Social InteractionListen Fill in the blanks. - What is your favorite food?Suggested answer: Well, I would say that I’m not a picky eater and I can eat like the whole universe. But if I have to choose, I would definitely go for Vietnamese traditional cuisine because although it does not win any points for complexity, it is all about the combination of fresh ingredients, intense flavors, and ease of cooking and preparation, so it wins my heart. - Do you have a healthy diet?Suggested answer: Actually, I don’t. But I try to eat clean and eat green every day because highly- processed foods or low-quality foods are linked to obesity and an increased risk of heart disease, and in some cases, cancer. So it’s vital for me and for everyone to stay healthy by eating clean in order to not only manage your weight but also help you build a stronger immune system and increase your energy levels. - Do you often eat out?Suggested answer: Yes. I'm quite busy with my work and I don't like cooking, so eating out is always my first choice. It's convenient and the food is quite delicious. However, it costs me a lot of money and sometimes I feel like having a family meal. - Where do you usually eat out? Why?Suggested answer: To dine, we usually go to….; it’s a small restaurant with a homely atmosphere. It serves a wide variety of ethnic cuisine. I’d much prefer sit-down restaurants to fast-food restaurants. Part 2 – Solution Discussion Suggested answer: While eating out with friends, people can choose to go to a buffet restaurant, a fast-food restaurant, or a casual dining restaurant. In my opinion, a casual dining restaurant is the best option because of the following reasons. Firstly, a casual dining restaurant can provide us with a variety of dishes, therefore, it can meet our different tastes. Secondly, we will find it very comfortable to have meals in such kinds of restaurants because their homely and casual atmosphere can make us feel like having family meals. Obviously, we can enjoy delicious dishes as well as have a relaxing time with our friends. There are several reasons why I don’t choose the other options. In the first place, my friends and I always believe that fast food is not good for our health because it is too fatty and salty. Finally, eating out in a buffet restaurant isn’t my choice because we have to move a lot in a buffet restaurant to take food; consequently; this can reduce the amount of time our interacting with friends, which is not good in friends gatherings. In short, If I were in the situation, I would opt to eat out in a casual dining restaurant due to their various choices of dishes and homely atmosphere. Part 3 – Topic Development To my mind, we should always have a healthy breakfast because of its following benefits for our health. First and foremost, it helps us to have a healthy body. To make it clear, having breakfast with good food will obviously provide us with enough energy for a new start in the morning. In addition, concentration on our work or study can be enhanced thanks to a healthy breakfast. It is scientifically proved that nutritious breakfasts can improve our memory and concentration levels. Last but not least, a good breakfast enables us to prevent diseases. It can be clearly seen that a proper breakfast ensures a healthy body, so it helps us to stay away from illnesses. All things considered, a healthy breakfast can be considered as the best meal for our health.
