Impact Forces: When a person jumps and lands on the ground or performs activities involving jumping or landing, there are dynamic impact forces acting on the body. These forces change rapidly and can be significant, affecting the joints and muscles involved. Angular Forces: Angular forces are dynamic forces that cause rotation or twisting movements around joints. For instance, during throwing or swinging motions, such as in a baseball pitch or a golf swing, angular forces are generated and transferred through the joints, muscles, and tendons.
