Writing a letter of complaint
1. Study the email of complaint in your Student's book on p.67 (ex.3).2. Write your letter of complaint. Here is a situation:Last week you were at a train station. In the station there was a wending machine selling books. You wanted a book to read on the train so you put money in, but it didn't give you the book or any changes. Write a letter of complaint to the company rersponsible for the wending machine and demand a solution.Plan:Paragraph 1: Why are you writting?Paragraphs 2 and 3: What happened?
