Grade 2 Distance Learning Survey: Choose your child's learning option for Spring 2021.

1) Type your child's name. 2) Type your name and your relationship to the child.For example, Bill Smith, dad. We are preparing for students to come back on campus for face-to-face learning. To allow for adequate preparation, we foresee this transition to occur beginning Monday, November 16th with specific ELL students. Grade 2 hopes to begin with an A schedule on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.Please know that some students will be on an A rotational schedule. This means your child will come to school every other school day, while some may be coming on an everyday basis. Please note that our school is taking the necessary precautions to ensure your child’s health and safety in the classrooms.If you would like to continue with distance learning, please understand this will require you to come down and fill in an opt-in form at the school office. This form will state that you will continue distance learning for the remainder of the school year until Friday, May 28, 2021. You will be unable to change to face-to-face instruction after this form is signed.3) Please select below whether you would like your child to continue with face-to-face A scheduling or full distance learning.
