Additionally, our solution entails financial flexibility.PhasesOur plan will be implemented in three major phases. First, we will study ND’s telecommuting options. Second, we will design a local area network that will allow selected employees to telecommute. Third, we will assess the success of the telecommuting after it has been implemented.Timing and DeliverablesWe estimate this phase will require thirty days to complete. At the end of that time period, we will submit a report to you in which we will discuss our findings.
