Reading Read this blog entry. Jack's BlogHello!a) _Last two months were more than one long adventure! I don’t know when my holidays really started. You’ll say, on the last day of school, but wrong! I had some mixed emotions. I was definitely exhausted. I also felt some kind of sadness, to be honest. My house is not close to my school. Saying goodbye to my classmates, after a tiring and challenging school year, made me more sad than cheerful. It took me few days to get into the holiday mood.b) _The excitement started with one call. My cousin, Tim, is good at sports. He practises golf, yoga, and he is crazy about snowboarding. He planned everything for summer holidays. I just needed to accept his plan. We did so many interesting things, and I learned a lot! We even tried curling! Our amazing time began at the summer camp. We used zip lines to cross a pond. It was the most difficult task for me, because heights made me scared. I can’t forget that life-sized model bear at the entrance of the camp! Like it said: “Let your adventure begin!” c) _After the camp, my dad and I finished our project. We are both SF films fans. Our mission was to make kids my age interested in robotics. We organized a science competition in our neighbourhood. There were a lot of neighbours. My friends took part in designing robots and repairing older ones. My good friend Mary, one year older than me, won the prize! She got one month paid subscription to her favourite comic-Space Thrill!d) _My 13th birthday is coming soon. I am going to celebrate it with my classmates. People say the seventh grade is not an easy one. We’ll see about that! I accept that challenge without any problems!
