Choosethis activity or the one below. Fill in the blanks with words from this week's spelling list. Once upon a time, a scary witch moved into my neighborhood. Can you believe I have a neighbor who's a witch? You're never going to believe what kind of pet she has...a dragon. Her dragon eats a lot of dragon chow because of its big appetite. Even though it's unusual to have a witch and a dragon next door, they're very good neighbors. When my neighbor, Stuella, walks her dragon, Hank, she doesn't miss an opportunity to say hello. I was even invited to their house once. Stuella and I were in book club together. There were several other neighbors who attended too. We were each to receive a copy of the book which we're to bring each week. Stuella does provide snacks at book club, although they're weird like fried eyes and spider webs. Where else would you find food like that? You would be quite lucky if Stuella were your friend. There is always room for one more at book club. Matching-Part A Match each spelling word with the correct definition. If you choose matching, you must complete Matching-Part A and Matching-Part B. a lot large quantity because a transition word telling why you chose to do something believe something you think it true does a form of the verb "to do" its a possessive pronoun (belonging to "it") it's contraction it + is neighbor someone who lives near you receive to get something their a possessive pronoun (belonging to "them") they're contraction they + are doesn't contraction does + not you're contraction you + are your possessive pronoun (belonging to you) witch scary lady which a question asking your choice between items weird unusual where an adverb asking the location of something were past tense of "to be" we're contraction we + are there an adverb telling where something is
