Reading Log Choose a Just Right book from Lit Pro or Epic. Read independently for 20 to 30 minutes. Fill in you reading log. Be sure to write 4-6 sentences summarizing your book. Title Author Pages Read Summary Finding Area Find the area of each shape by counting the square units. Be sure to label you answer in square centimeters (cm²). SHOW YOUR WORK! FINDING AREA WITH MULTIPLICATION Use multiplication to find the area of the rectangles. Write the multiplication equation you will solve and show the strategy you used to solve. (HINT- A square is a special rectangle where all sides are the same length).
