Read (or listen to) the scenario below. Type or record what you think might happen to Cary's health if things continue the same way. Cary goes to school every day. They have to get up early and walk to their bus stop. After school Cary drinks some pop and eats some candy. At dinner time, Cary refuses the vegetables. A friend invites Cary to go play basketball but they choose video games instead (almost every time!). At bedtime, Cary stays up watching a movie until it's almost morning time. Then the day starts all over again. There is a flu virus going around the area. What do you think might happen to Cary? What real clues tell you it might happen? Type or record three things from the scenario that supports your prediction. Imagine you are Cary's doctor. What advice would you give Cary to help change their consequences? Type or record your advice below.
