This talk is about the current climate crisis. The talk is about the poor use of human potential and talent nowadays. According to the speaker, most people aren't passionate about what they do for a living. The speaker provides several examples of successful education reforms that took place across the world. Today's education systems have little in common with the ones of previous centuries. The idea that one's education should be linear and end in an academic degree has become a problem. The speaker finds it absolutely normal to see pre-schoolers competing fiercely for spots at kindergartens.
