I use Google every day including the search engine to research, Gmail for my emails and Google Music to access music. I like Google because it does everything! List what products, logos and slogans you associate with your favourite brand.For example, Google's logo has coloured letters, it's slogan is "do the right thing" and it is mainly used as a search engine. You need to create an advertising campaign that persuades people to support women’s suffrage (e.g. women’s right to vote).Your advertising campaign can be represented as a print advertisement and an audio and visual advertisement.Your campaign should draw on what you have learnt during this unit, but you will need to conduct further research to find evidence to support your campaign. Identify the different types of advertisements below. Print Advertising - often found in newspapers and magazines. Billboard advertisement - a large outdoor advertising structure, typically found in high-traffic areas such as alongside busy roads. Social media advertising - ads that target people who use social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Audio-visual advertisements - you may hear these on the radio, see them on TV, or before YouTube videos. The Elements of an Advertisement On the print advertisement below, identify the following elements:⇨ Slogan: A short and striking or memorable phrase used in advertising. A brand may have a slogan they consistently use, for example, Nike's slogan is, "just do it".⇨ Logo: A symbol that represents a brand or company.⇨ Headline: Short text in large print that tells you what the advertisement will be about.⇨ Image: Advertisements often include pictures of the product or service that is being sold. It may also include other images to capture the reader's attention.⇨ Copy: Actual text of the advertisement that often includes persuasive words. May include claims or promotions.
