As I did not want to miss the opportunity, I ran to a nearby cashpoint (=ATM) to withdrawthe total amount, which was the whole of my monthly income. Three hours later, I finally got home with the new TV. I opened the box, only to find that they had given me a different brand!! It was Sony not LG! I tookthe TV backto the store to change it but I was informed that the receipt(ticket) showed that the store had charged(opposite of pay) me the Sony that I had taken home, consequently there was no mistake. Let me tell you that the model is too old for the price I paid and it is not what I chose in the first place. However, when I asked to exchange it for the LG flat screen and pay for the difference, they had sold out! In short, I have wastedall my money! As a regular customer(shopper) of your store, I demand a full refundof what I paid; otherwise, I will go to the consumer defense office and I will never shop (buy) in your store again.
